Reservation, Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy

  • All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment (cash, credit card, prepaid package or gift certificates).
  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 4 hours preceding your appointment. ​Cancellations and rescheduling within the 4-hour window will be charged full price of the scheduled service.
  • Please call or text us in advance if you are going to be late for your appointment. If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes without letting us know, it will be considered as a “no-show”. No shows will be charged for the full price of the service scheduled.
  • Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

We used pure coconut oil/cream for all our massages. Please advise us in advance if you believe you might be allergic to coconut oil products. We will be happy to offer our Hypoallergenic and Nut Free Massage cream as a substitute at no cost.
